Veltrio™ has been in the Automotive industry since 1994 and manufactures both Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Aftermarket Glass (ARG) under the same production line. During production we use the same raw material, techniques, process and quality control in order to ensure top quality manufactured glass.

Parts supplied are replacements parts for the described model
Any claim in respect of quality/quantity of received item must be done via email, with a photo of the item in question withing two working days of the invoice date.
Goods collected by you/your driver must be checked before leaving the premises as the company will not be held liable for any shortages or damages in transit.
Returns/Complaints of fitment warranty requires the original invoice to show the initial invoice number as off of purchase.
Goods correctly supplied are subject to minimum handling charge of 10% for any return for Credit (RFC) within 7 days from the invoice date.
No goods will be accepted/collected/handed to our criver/counter without prior request and a pick-up slip that was subject to our return policy being authorized
Goods returned that are not resalable. damaged or not in the original wrapping with labels attached will not be accepted for credit.
Interest and admin fee will be charged on overdue amounts at a maximum rate allowed.

WARRANTY & GUARANTEE

GUARANTEE

Veltrio Auto Glass offers a 12-month workmanship guarantee on the fitment of all automotive glass against a faulty installation or a manufacturing defect in the product. If the customer had tampered with the glass they would render the guarantee null and void. If the customer had tampered with the glass they would render the guarantee null and void. This guarantee also covers leaks, whistling and wind noises.
Your original invoice serves as the guarantee – so be sure to retain it as it would be required for any claim you may need to make.
